Kokedama Workshop - 15th February @4pm

The Kokedama workshop aims at reconnecting the humans with earth (soil) and making them neutralize their energy by releasing the stress stored in their palms & hands due to daily technology consumption, mainly smartphones. Works like grounding but for the hands. 

By using their hands and palms to shape the soil and place the plants and roots in it, an automatic sense of joy will be granted.

Then comes the wrapping part, which is considered as a meditative form that requires calmness & focus to cover all the soil sphere with beautiful earthy jute twine strings. Meditative & relaxing music played in the background will bring an overall joyful & relaxing experience after a long week at work.
